It is best to do this in your own words but know that each element corresponds to a direction, so stay mindful of your position in the Universe during this process.

North - Earth

West - Water

East - Air

South - Fire

I call to the Western direction and the Element of Water. Be present with me now. Bring with you your flexibility, fluidity, and purification energies.

I call to the Easter direction and the element of Air. Be present with me now, Bring with you your momentum, quickness, and higher consciousness energies.

I call to the Southern direction and the Element of Fire. Be present with me now. Bring with you your passion, power, and sacred energies.“
